- Phone number — Required for registration and to identify you when you call.

Information Collected Automatically
- Voice audio — When you call, your voice is streamed in real time to OpenAI for AI processing. We do not permanently store raw audio recordings.
- Call transcripts — Your conversations may be transcribed to provide conversation history and improve the Service.
- Call metadata — Caller ID, call duration, timestamps, and session identifiers.
- Device and network information — IP address (for web interactions), browser type (for web pages).
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and operate the Voice Assistant service.
- Process your voice input and generate AI responses during calls.
- Verify your identity via SMS during registration and login.

We share information only with the following categories of service providers, solely to operate the Service:
- OpenAI — Receives voice audio in real time to generate AI responses. Subject to OpenAI's Privacy Policy. OpenAI's API data usage policy states that API inputs and outputs are not used to train their models.
- Twilio — Provides phone and SMS connectivity. Subject to Twilio's Privacy Policy.
- Cloudflare — Provides hosting, infrastructure, and data storage. Subject to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
We may also disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
5. Data Retention
- Voice audio — Processed in real time and not permanently stored. Transient audio data is discarded after the call ends.
- Call transcripts — Retained for up to 90 days unless you request earlier deletion.
- Account information — Retained for as long as your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion request.
- SMS verification codes — Automatically expire and are deleted within 10 minutes.
- Session data — Authentication sessions expire after 30 days of inactivity.
6. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:
- All data transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encryption.
- Voice audio streamed over encrypted WebSocket connections.
- Authentication via one-time SMS verification codes.
- Sensitive credentials (API keys) stored as encrypted secrets.
- Rate limiting to prevent abuse of verification and API endpoints.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights

- Deletion — Request deletion of your account and associated data.
